Brog PipesFounded in 1991 by master craftsman Kazimierz Rog and Zbigniew Bednarczyk. Mr Rog has made pipes
since 1947, as an apprentice and, later, partner of Wiktor Winiarski and Zbigniew Mazuryk, followers of legendary Ludwik Walat. Zbyszek Bednarczyk was a non-professional sculptor, painter and poet,completely new to pipe making. Experience of old masters and fondness of his young friend gave a great, well known in Poland firm - Mr Brog.
"Pipe is one of gentelmens' attributes. There is something exciting in the act of smoking a pipe, and something magic as well. I think, pipe is something like a modern fire- worship..."
Pipe philosophy? Well, each of us, dedicated pipe smokers, is a philosopher... Smoking gives peace and relaxation, helps to understand and survive our crazy times.
Mr Brog offers 10 models of briar pipes and 10 models made of wild pear, wild cherry, ond other unexpectated materials, smooth and rusticated, polished with natural waxes only.
For reference, all pipes are photographed on 1" x 1" grid.
