Medico Cigar Filter Holder – Regular (38-40)

I am an avid cigar smoker. All sizes and all types. Recently I was given a gift of large fine cigars and I needed a cigar tip. They are really hard to locate. Piperand Cigars had just wanted. My wife smokes little 4x38 CAO flavours. This is perfect. It allows her to get the most out of her smoke, down to the end without having to pinch to hold on to whats left without burning her fingers. She uses it as a holder with no filters... if you are handy you can shorten the aluminum cylinder from a medico pipe stem to create a long stem for this holder and turn it into an elegant long-stem holder reminiscent of the older times... wife loves it as it reminds her of her Grandmother.
